This Bulletin was written by Mitchell Weiss of the NWS Meteorological Development Laboratory. In it Weiss describes the Model Output Statistics (MOS) for

• seven categories of ceiling height and
• four categories of total sky cover

from the Aviation (AVN) run of the National Center of Environmental Prediction's (NCEP) Global Spectral Model.
