We connect the past with the present and the future on the character of the ANC, with the movement itself being a representative of the hopes, wishes and aspirations of the entire people of South Africa. For a period of one hundred years the ANC stood for the best interests and values of the people of South Africa: selflessness, solidarity, service to the people, humility, honesty, integrity, truthfulness, respect, volunteerism, discipline, solidarity, generosity, collectivism and temperance.
