Physician Directory Download
To obtain a complete list of all physicians in the directory, leave all search boxes blank and click on the Search button. This search may take several minutes. For more specific results complete any of the search boxes. If you do not know the complete spelling of the name or town, you may use the first few letters. For example, instead of "Smith", you could enter "smi" in the Last Name search box. The search results would then list all physicians whose last name begins with "smi" such as "Smith" or "Smithson", etc. To begin a new search, click on the "Clear" button before entering the new criteria in the search boxes. The search boxes are not case sensitive, you may use upper or lower case letters and the results will be the same.
