Resident Agent-in-Charge
Welcome! The Miami Resident Agent-in-Charge, has jurisdiction over the enforcement of the Service’s wildlife laws, and encompasses the geographical areas of the Everglades, Florida Keys and the Caribbean.  In addition, the Port of Miami, one of the busiest ports of entry for live animals nationwide, provides 24-hour coverage for the import and/or export of wildlife.
The Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands [St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas], office is under the jurisdiction of the Miami supervisory office.
