Coastal Program
The Coastal Program mission is to efficiently achieve voluntary habitat conservation, through financial and technical assistance, for the benefit of Federal trust species. The Program is organized around locally-based field coordinators who can provide a broad range of assistance to help identify and develop large-scale ecosystem-based initiatives.

Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP)
The Water Resources Development Acts of 1992 and 1996 provided the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) with the authority to review the Central and Southern Florida Project. The Corps was asked to develop a comprehensive plan to restore and conserve south Florida's natural ecosystem while enhancing water supplies and maintaining flood protection.

Multi-Stakeholder Python Action Workshop - December 10, 2008
A series of three multi-stakeholder workshops has been held to discuss the large constrictor snake threat, develop action items, and share research information/results. Goals for invasive snake management include prevention, eradication, containment, and reduction of snake populations.
