The Customer Service Initiative (CSI) provides a way for you to request reconsideration of a decision made by an Aviation Safety office. The goals of the Initiative are to:

Many aircraft design, manufacturing, and airworthiness issues can be resolved at your local Aircraft Certification Office (ACO) or Manufacturing Inspection District Office (MIDO).
