Water & Fishery ResourcesThe Water and Fishery Resources Program oversees water and fish issues throughout California, Nevada and the Klamath Basin, from the Klamath River to the Lower Colorado River, and from San Francisco Bay to Eastern Nevada . Within this area, the Program focuses on the conservation and restoration of aquatic ecosystems. --Decision Solutions Model (DSM) Bay Delta Conservation PlanThe Bay Delta Conservation Plan (BDCP) is a planning and environmental permitting process to restore habitat for Delta fisheries in a way that reliably delivers water supplies to 25 million Californians. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is working with other federal and state agencies, environmental organizations, fishery agencies, water agencies, and other organizations are all working together to develop the plan.
