is a searchable database of grants, cost sharing, and technical assistance
available for natural resources projects in the western United States. It
is designed to help local communities reach the information, potential partners,
and financial support needed to accomplish grassroots conservation projects
in the West.
- Federal Geographic Data Committee funding information, http://www.fgdc.gov/grants,
provides seed money to regional consortia through the NSDI Cooperative Agreements
Program (CAP). To access the CAP program visit the Grants.gov

- ConservationGIS.com, http://www.conservationgis.com/,
is sponsored by The Conservation Fund, a national nonprofit dedicated to land and water
