The United States Ombudsman Association serves governmental ombudsman offices across the United States and member offices in Canada and other parts of the world. We welcome you to browse through the website and learn about our association, membership, activities, and services.

Member E-Mail List

Over the past year, USOA has worked to improve our electronic communication systems. We have created e-mail lists for all USOA chapters. We have also created a e-email list on Google Groups for all USOA members. This list replaces an outdated members-only list. It is a restricted list so only members can send or receive email to the list. USOA members can click here to read more about the list and access the address.
