NWS Grand Junction, CO, MIC Doug Crowley presents a Ben Franklin Award to Lila and Oscar Semadeni. Oscar has been taking daily climate weather observations from his residence at Cedar Point since August 1949.  Oscar's father was the climatological observer at Cedar Point before him.
