Office of Inspector General Hotline

The purpose of the Hotline is to receive complaints of fraud, waste, and abuse in ITC programs and operations, including mismanagement or violations of law, rules, or regulations by ITC employees or program participants. Complaints may be received directly from ITC employees, participants in ITC programs, or the general public.

The Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended, and other laws provide for the protection of persons making Hotline complaints, including assuring confidentiality and prohibiting reprisals.

You have the option of submitting your complaint(s) via E-mail, telephone, fax, U.S. mail or in person.
