Steven Institute and Sofia University launch Joint MSc in Information Systems

Stevens Institute of Technology, one of the oldest private engineering institutions in the US, opened its Masters of Science in Information Systems program in Sofia, in cooperation with Sofia University and with the support of USAID. The program has recently been rated among the five top technological programs in the U.S., alongside MIT, Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University and Babson College.  It offers a unique blend of twelve managerial and technical subjects over a period of two years and targets acting information technology (IT) managers and computer specialists aspiring to leading positions in the IT sector. The program is envisaged as laying the foundation of a future Center for Information Technologies and Management to address the need for highly qualified computer managers in the region.
