A radioimmunoconjugate comprised of the chimeric monoclonal antibody G250 conjugated with the gamma-emitting radioisotope indium In 111. Indium I 111 chimeric monoclonal antibody G250 binds to G250, allowing the localization of G250-expressing tumor cells using gamma scintigraphy.
