carcinoembryonic antigen peptide 1-6D virus-like replicon particles vaccine
A cancer vaccine, consisting of alphavirus vector-derived virus-like replicon particles expressing the 9-amino-acid carcinoembryonic antigen peptide (CAP) 1-6D, with potential antineoplastic activity. Vaccination with this agent may elicit a cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) immune response against CEA-expressing tumor cells. Check for active clinical trials or closed clinical trials using this agent.
