ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter arises under the Job Training and Partnership Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1501, et seq., and the regulations issued thereunder at 20 C.F.R. Part 636.
On October 24, 2001, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice signed by counsel for all parties. In the Joint Stipulation, the parties state that an agreement has been reached on all issues and request that this matter be dismissed with prejudice. Upon consideration of the Joint Stipulation, it is hereby,
