benefit options offered by their employers; consider the quality, not just the
cost, when choosing health care services; and know how to file an appeal if
benefits are denied. |

It is complemented by two additional
brochures. Life Changes Require Health Choices ... Know Your Benefit
Options (Los cambios de vida requieren tomar decisiones medicas
... Conozca sus opciones de beneficios) encourages consumers to review
their health benefit coverage to make sure they have the level of health care
coverage needed at every stage of life. Life events, such as marriage,
childbirth, separate and divorce, usually signal the need to review health
benefit plans. |

that can help consumers and their families when they switch jobs or suffer job
