Definition/Overview Information

The Finance secretariat is composed of the Office of the Comptroller/Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Program, Analysis and Evaluation. The USD Comptroller is the principal OSD assistant for budgetary and fiscal matters, including financial management, accounting policy and systems, budget formulation and execution, and contract audit administration and organization.
