Combating Terrorist Financing
In 2002, the U.S. Government launched a rewards campaign to combat terrorist financing.
International terrorism is financed by money sent to terrorists from sources around the world. The U.S. Government currently offers a reward of up to $5 million for information leading to the dismantling of a system used to finance a terrorist organization.
