Welcome to the IPEDS Data Provider Center for Keyholders and Coordinators. A keyholder is the person designated by an institution to be responsible for providing data to IPEDS. A coordinator is a person at the state or system level who has a role in ensuring data are accurately submitted to IPEDS. If you need assistance with submitting data, or have other questions, please call the IPEDS Help Desk at 1-877-225-2568, or email ipedshelp@rti.org.
Keyholders and Coordinators submit data to IPEDS using the IPEDS Data Collection System.

Keyholders and coordinators can revise data submitted the previous year to IPEDS using the Prior Year Revision System. Please note: The availability of the Prior Year Revision System does not imply that institutions are no longer required to report data according to the current data collection schedule. It is NOT an extension of the due date and the office of Federal Student Aid will continue to take appropriate action against schools that do not meet their IPEDS reporting requirements.
