•    Served as structural engineer for the Georgia DOT

•    Worked as a traffic engineer for the Maryland State Highway Administration

•    Coordinated, hosted, and facilitated meetings to present the benefits of being a part of the I-95 Corridor Coalition in order to encourage the full participation of the southeastern States;

•    begun in May 2001, the effort currently enjoys the membership of all States along the Eastern Seaboard except South Carolina

•    At the request of the Divisions within the formal service area of the former Southern Resource Center, created an incident notification reporting system;

•    an Access-based system, it has been used successfully on many occasions within the last 2 years by State and county DOTs in reporting inter- and intrastate incidents that severely affect regional travel
