Two-point suspension scaffold suspended from outriggers with counterweights. NOTE: The yellow ropes are two vertical lifelines, and they are attached to the outriggers. This is not allowed (if the scaffold falls, the fall protection goes with it). Also, tiebacks for the outriggers should be used, but are not in this photo.
