These meetings which will be sponsored by the Office of the Ombudsman for Part E of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program (EEOICPA), U.S. Department of Labor and the Ombudsman to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) will include a brief presentation on the role of the Office of the Ombudsman for Part E as well as a presentation by the Ombudsman to NIOSH, Denise Brock. After the presentations, there will be a question and answer period followed by an opportunity for to speak with representatives from the Ombudsman office regarding individual claims. Representatives from the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) of the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as representatives from the Former Worker Medical Screening Program will also be in attendance to offer assistance to claimants.
