3. Be off the main bus route or going to a place off the main bus route by more than 1/4 mile.

**All Dial - A- Ride customers must be within the Pacific Transit's Dial - A - Ride service area.
**Reminder: Dial - A - Ride services are available on an "as available" basis to those individuals who qualify.

1. Call 642-9418 (south county) or 875-9418 (north county)
2. Tell dispatcher where you are and where you want to travel to.
3. Dispatcher will give you and estimated time for pickup and your return time.
4. On the way the bus will be picking up and delivering other passengers who are traveling in your direction.
5. Please be ready 15 minutes ahead of estimated pickup time.

2. Same day requests will be handled on time and space availability
3. Dial - A - Ride passengers will be taken to the nearest transfer point
4. Disabled persons will be taken to any destination inside the Dial - A - Ride area
