                         NOTICE

     On May 6, 1992, the Secretary of Labor issued a Decision and
Order is this case in which she granted an opportunity for
submission of a fee petition and response.  the case
remains before the Secretary for a determination as to attorney's
fees.  Accordingly, all filings in connection with the fee issue
shall be submitted to the Office of Administrative Appeals, U.S.
Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Room S-4309,
Washington, DC  20210.
