FINAL DECISION

    On March 5, 1986, Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Martin J. Dolan issued and submitted to me a Recommended Decision and Order in this matter, which arises under the employee protections provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982. 49 U.S.C. app. § 2305 (1982). The ALJ's recommended decision ordered the dismissal of the complaint on the basis of the parties' executed Settlement Agreement which was incorporated in and appended to the recommended decision. In view of this agreement which has been approved by appropriate Occupational Safety and Health Administration personnel, the complaint in this case is dismissed with prejudice, and no further action is required. A copy of the ALJ's recommended decision and order is attached.

    So ORDERED.
