ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
AND DISMISSAL

On March 18, 1985 Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Robert S. Amery submitted a Recommended Decision and Order to me in this case arising under' the employee protection provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act, 49 USC 2305. The ALJ recommended that I approve a settlement of this case entered into by the parties, and agreed to by the Office of the Solicitor of Labor, and that this case be dismissed.

I have reviewed the settlement, which is in the form of Consent Findings, and I find that it is fair, adequate and reasonable in the circumstances and I approve it. Accordingly, this matter is DISMISSED.
