FINAL ORDER

    On September 18, 1985, Administrative Law Judge Theodor P. von Brand issued a Recommended Order of Dismissal for lack of prosecution pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 18..39(b)(1985).1 I agree with the Administrative Law Judge that Complainant's actions and statements in this case constitute abandonment. Accordingly, this case is dismissed pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 18.39(b) (1985).
