DECISION AND ORDER
PURSUANT TO CONSENT FINDINGS

    This case arises under the child labor provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act as amended (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 216(e), and the applicable regulations issued at 29 C.F.R. Parts 579 & 580.

    On July 10, 1996, the Department of Labor (DOL) notified Respondents of a civil money penalty in the amount of $4,450.00 for violations of the above-mentioned Act and regulations. Respondents filed an exception to the determination on August 5, 1996. DOL filed an Order of Reference and Consent Findings in this Office on October 3, 1996.

    Review of the Consent Findings show that they are in compliance with 29 C.F.R. § 579 and that they fairly and adequately resolve all pending issues in this matter. Accordingly, the Consent Findings are hereby APPROVED and ADOPTED in their entirety.
