In this case, which arises under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural
Worker Protection Act, 29 U.S.C. §1801 et seq. and the regulations
promulgated thereunder at 29 C.F.R. Part 500 (1997), the Chief Administrative Law Judge
(ALJ) issued a Notice dated February 4, 1998, referring to his Decision and Order of
December 16, 1997 (copy appended). No petition for issuance of a Notice of Intent has been
filed with the Administrative Review Board, and the Board has declined to issue a Notice of
Intent as provided in 29 C.F.R. §500.265. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 500.262, the
ALJ's decision constitutes the final administrative order. Accordingly, this case is
CLOSED.
