SPECIAL NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS (Potential Prime and Subcontractors)
The Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website was changed on March 31, 2008. Are you still registered to receive FBO notifications? If you registered to receive electronic notifications on Synopsis and Solicitations for Western Federal Lands Highway Division projects prior to the change it is recommended that you monitor the project on the FBO site until you are positive you are receiving electronic notifications. Are you still listed as an Interested Vender? If you registered as an interested vendor on Synopsis and Solicitations for Western Federal Lands Highway Division projects prior to the change it is recommended that you review the projects on FBO and verify your information is still available. We do know that some firms were dropped from the list. Why are we asking you to do this? We do not have any means of verifying the accuracy of the Interested Vender Lists currently shown on FBO. Nor do we know if the notification portion of the new FBO site issues notifications. Finally, we want you to have the latest information on our projects. What if I have questions? Submit questions about the FBO site to their Help Desk. Click on the "Help Desk" link on the FBO website (bottom left of the project page). For other questions, contact us at 360.619.7520. Are you looking for a specific project?
