The Federal Highway Administration (FLH) currently uses Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-03) for construction projects. There are two versions - U.S. Customary and Metric.
The FLH strongly encourages the use of electronic medium and has made the FP-03 available in MSWord and Adobe Acrobat. You will need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader to view the PDF format.
USFS contractors and consultants, please contact your nearest Regional office for paper copies of the FP. FLH customers, please contact your nearest FLH Division Office.
