Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads (ERFO)

The Western Federal Lands Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads (ERFO) Program provides assistance to Federal roads in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. Western Federal Lands works closely with county, state, and Federal Lands Management Agencies in repairing and restoring roads damaged by natural disasters or catastrophic failures. These are roads providing access to and within Federal and Indian lands. They include Forest Highways, Forest Development Roads, Park Roads, Parkways, Indian Reservation Roads, Public Lands Highways (including Refuge Roads) and Public Lands Development Roads.
