Take the Orange Line to Ballston Metro Station. Exit the metro station turn right and walk to the corner. At the corner of Fairfax Drive walk cross Stuart Street and continue three blocks until you reach the Holiday Inn on your left. Our building, the Arlington Center Building, is located directly behind the Holiday Inn at 4600 North Fairfax Drive. The National Highway Institute is located on the 8th floor, Suite 800.
