Juniper Dunes Emergency Closure

A regulated closure on lands administered by the Spokane District Bureau of Land Management will take effect on March 1 for several northwest portions of the Juniper Dunes area. This emergency closure is necessary for the protection of wildlife and botanical resources. more>>

Horses are from the Heath Creek/Sheepshead and Alvord-Tule Springs Herd Management Area in Southeast Oregon.
