DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Enron Energy Services, Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded an $49,995,257 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas. Four hundred ninety proposals were solicited and thirty-two were received. Work is expected to be completed by September 30, 2002, and will be performed at Department of Energy (DoE) Sandia/Kirtland, N.M., DoE Los Alamos, N.M., Cannon AFB, N.M., MCAS Yuma, Davis-Monthan and Luke AFB, N.M., DoE Fermi, Ill. and Southern California Gas and Southwest Gas, Calif. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-00-D-7614).

AIR FORCE

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Reston, Va., is being awarded a $40,000,000 (estimated) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. SAIC will be one of twelve contractors participating in a program to provide professional architect-engineer services through June 2007 to perform preliminary assessment through remedial design and other services in support of environmental remediation activities at locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Delivery orders will be awarded pursuant to criteria enumerated in the contracts. The Air Force can award delivery orders to all twelve participating contractors totaling up to the total program maximum value of $480,000,000. The maximum amount for any individual contract is $200,000,000. The estimated amount for this contract is $40,000,000, though actual requirements may necessitate more or less than this amount. Expected contract completion date is July 2007. Solicitation issue date was Oct. 20, 1999. The 311th Human Systems Wing, Brooks AFB, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41624-00-D-8030).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems, St. Paul, Minn., is being awarded a $19,738,549 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-98-C-0013 to exercise an option for the procurement of seven Capability Upkeep Program B-Kits and three Data Processing/Display Control Systems for the Royal Netherlands Navy's P-3C Update II.5 Orion Aircraft under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Eagan, Minn. (45%); Manassas, Va. (44%); and Greenville, S.C. (11%), and is expected to be completed by February 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

The Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $16,810,355 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00019-99-C-1090 for the manufacture, installation, test and support of one MV-22 full flight simulator. Work will be performed in Broken Arrow, Okla. (49%); Fort Worth, Texas (35%), and Ridley Park, Pa. (16%), and is expected to be completed by November 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

ARMY

American Ordnance LLC, Lexington, Ky., was awarded on July 31, 2000, a $9,825,041 firm-fixed-price contract for FY00 to load, assemble and pack M888 (60 mm) high explosive ignition cartridges. Work will be performed at the Milan Army Ammunition Plant, Milan, Tenn., and is expected to be completed by March 30, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 5, 2000. The Headquarters, Operations Support Command (Provisional), Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (DAAA09-98-G-0011).
