These days, everyone’s trying to do more with less. Getting more done with less effort is easy—just visit USA.gov. From renewing a driver’s license online to making it easy to share news about the latest recall with friends and family, the federal government’s official web portal fits your lifestyle. USA.gov is free, simple to navigate, and packed with high-quality information you can’t find elsewhere.

Springtime means tax time, but it’s not the only time you have to think about taxes. Before April 15, visit USA.gov for help finding tax forms, free tax preparation assistance or how to e-file your federal or state taxes. Then use the site year-round to look up sales or gasoline tax rates or link to tax withholding calculators to ensure the right amount of income tax is being withheld from your paycheck.

USA.gov has added new ways for you to interact with the government. One of the newest features is a word cloud, which lets you see the 75 most popular search words visitors to USA.gov are using. You can also watch videos on a special online player that provides captions and other features for users with disabilities. With the growing list of videos, you can learn about food safety during power outages, visit redwood forests in California, or even check out a great outdoor recreation area in Colorado.

And there are other options on USA.gov if you want an even more interactive experience. Check out the gadget gallery where you’ll find a variety of gadgets, or widgets. These special pieces of code allow you to easily share continuously updated information from websites and blogs on your own website or blog. The gadgets can help visitors to your blog or Facebook page thank the troops, keep up with emergency text messages from the Centers for Disease Control, or get tips to save water or energy.

Getting answers to your questions about government benefits and services is easy.
