John Finnerty - 10 Years of Service Award

 

 

The National Weather Service (NWS) recently honored John Finnerty, cooperative weather observer, with a 10 year Length of Service Award.

Mr. Finnerty routinely records and reports daily maximum and minimum temperatures and precipitation amounts from official NWS equipment located at his home near Middletown.

John took responsibility of logging and reporting rainfall information in May of 1992.

The NWS applauds the efforts of Mr. Finnerty and looks forward to many more years of faithful service.
