The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is soliciting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2009 Statewide Consumer Network grants to help statewide consumer run organizations build a solid foundation for delivering and sustaining effective mental health services. Christopher & Dana Reeve Paralysis Foundation Quality of Life Grants

Grants are given to programs or projects that improve the daily lives of people living with paralysis, particularly spinal cord injuries. Funding is awarded twice yearly to programs in three categories.

Community Health Center Grants

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Mental Health Services is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2009 for Grants for Primary and Behavioral Health Care Integration (PBHCI). The purpose of this program is to improve the physical health status of people with serious mental illnesses (SMI) by supporting communities to coordinate and integrate primary care services into publicly funded community mental health and other community-based behavioral health settings. Application Deadline: May 27, 2009.
