- With information developed by the U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task
Force, a fugitive wanted by the Wilmington Police Department was arrested at
a residence in Brooklyn, N.Y. by members of the U.S. Marshals New York/New
Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. Allen J. Taylor, 36 years of age, had
been wanted for first degree murder, possession of a firearm during a
felony, and illegal possession of a firearm by a person prohibited. These
charges stemmed from a slaying that occurred on August 18, 2008 in Wilmington,
Delaware.
