Credit for Small Employer Health Insurance Premiums

For the year 2010, the state average premium for small group coverage for Guam is as follows:

  • Single (employee only) Coverage -  $2130
    Family Coverage -  $2109

Presently, the department is still compiling figures for year 2011 and will issue it as soon as possible. 


NOTICE REGARDING ONLINE CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE

Effective April 14, 2012, you can now make payments online with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Payments can be made at the following web site:

You can make online payments for the following:

  • Current Year (2011) Real Property Taxes
  • Current Gross Receipts Taxes (GRT) – Delinquent payments will need to be made at DRT.
  • 1040 – Individual Income Tax Return
  • 1040A – Individual Income Tax Return
  • 1040EZ – Individual Income Tax Return
  • 1040X – Amended Individual Income Tax Return
  • 1040NR – Individual Income Tax Return – Non-resident
  • 1040NR-EZ – Nonresident Aliens with no dependents
  • 1041 – Fiduciary Income Tax Return

ACH payments now accepted!

You may now make your tax and fee payments using your checking or savings account.

Passport Office hours will be as follows:

must use the new GRT forms.

Businesses can register for a GuamTax account online. You'll need:

  • Your GRT account number
  • Company EIN or SSN
  • A valid e-mail address.

SPECIAL SERVICE ENTITIES REGISTRATION

Special service entities must submit a signed registration form to access specialized online services on GuamTax.com.
