Nearly 3,000 undergraduate and graduate students are expected to be awarded degrees at Oklahoma State University’s commencement ceremonies in Stillwater this weekend.
Master’s degree and doctoral degree recipients will be recognized at 7 p.m. on Friday, in Gallagher-Iba Arena. Undergraduate ceremonies will take place on Saturday at 9:30 a.m., 1 p.m., and 4 p.m. in Gallagher-Iba Arena. |

Oklahoma State University’s Institute for Agricultural Biosciences groundbreaking ceremonies took place on May 1 in Ardmore. The 33,000-square-foot facility, which should open in 2011, will allow OSU and the Noble Foundation to collaborate to advance state research in agriculture and energy. Read more... |

OSU President Burns Hargis and First Cowgirl Ann Hargis served up hot pancakes to students Tuesday night. More than 1,500 students took advantage of the free pancakes, coffee and softdrinks. Click here to view photos. Students are invited to enjoy the free food and refreshments from 10 p.m. to 1a.m. through Thursday night in the Student Union food court.
