Training programs: the key to achieving ILO goals

The ILO continues to emphasize the importance of training in helping workers acquire skills to enable them to choose productive employment, and as a way of accomplishing its social goals. This article summarizes ILO training activities and examines potential changes in the training environment that could impact those activities.
