The Nonessential Products Ban
Under section 610 of the Clean Air Act, EPA bans the sale, distribution, and offer of sale of a number of products containing or manufactured with CFCs or HCFCs. The banned products include flexible and packaging foams and most aerosols and pressurized dispensers. Metered dose inhalers are not included in this ban.
