Minnesota faces the reality of increasing demand
for government services with reduced revenue. The LGI
Awards recognize the creative ways counties, cities, and schools are making
Minnesota better and doing things differently.
The Awards are now open and accepting entries until
November 2nd. Please be sure
to share the innovative work you are doing for an opportunity to be recognized.
This year’s Awards will honor up to 18 local government entities (6 cities, 6
counties, and 6 schools). Among these award winners, 3 finalists will go on to
compete for a grant of $25,000.
