There are two application processes for this program -- one for eligibility and one for grant funding.
FY 2009 Application for Eligibility
You must be designated an eligible institution before applying for funding under this program.
The following application is used by this program, some Title III programs, the Title V program, and some other programs initially authorized under the College Cost Reduction and Access Act. The deadline for eligibility designation was February 20, 2009. The deadline for institutions filing a waiver of cost sharing was April 6, 2009.
