                                  ERRATUM


                                                                       Released:  March 5, 1998

By the Compliance and Information Bureau:

      1.  On March 5, 1998, the Bureau released, under delegated authority, 47 C.F.R.  1.80(f)(4),
a Forfeiture Order, DA 98-428, in the above matter.  This Erratum is issued to correct an inadvertence
found in paragraph 2 of that Order.  That Order makes reference to the Commission's Kansas City
Office receiving a written complaint on October 14, 1997.  

      2.  The office that received that complaint, in fact, was the Detroit Field Office.  The parties
to this matter will receive a corrected Forfeiture Order in due course.
