RESPONSIBILITIES
Servicing Unit Secretary/Location Administrative
Officer:
- Prepare SF-52 and submit through established channels to bring student
on board, include position description and position description cover
sheet (SF-52 must be submitted before student can attend Orientation;
EOD must be prior to travel dates). Send copy (with application and
transcript attached) to HRD Scholars Program Coordinator.
- Make travel arrangements for student to attend Orientation, forward
copy of itinerary to HRD Scholars Program Coordinator.
- Prepare T&A for scholar to cover time spent in pay status (include
travel time and orientation participation).
- Prepare SF-52 for LWOP and submit through established channels if
student will not be reporting to work after Orientation. Send copy
to HRD Scholars Program Coordinator.
- Annually, obtain copy of transcript from Liaison Officer to verify
GPA and continuing student status. Send copy to HRD Scholars Program
Coordinator.
- Prepare and submit SF-182 through established channels for student
tuition and enter into the TRAI database. Send copy to HRD Scholars
Program Coordinator.
- Prepare and submit SF-52's (e.g, LWOP, RTD, promotion, etc.) through
established channels. Send copy to HRD Scholars Program Coordinator.
- Ensure completion of all essential documents, e.g., T&A, etc.
