Registered Lobbyist Contacts ReportThe President's March 20, 2009 Memorandum, Ensuring Responsible Spending of Recovery Act, called for "Ensuring the Transparency of Registered Lobbyist Communications” (see Section 3). HHS is committed to reporting both verbal and written communications within three business days of their occurance. These HHS reports are available in a searchable database. Recovery PlansMarch 18, 2009 Weekly Financial and Activity ReportsWeekly reports provide a list of HHS Recovery Act appropriations, obligations, and disbursements, along with activities and planned actions.
