Trip Tips

  • Utilize the park as an outdoor classroom! Each of these programs were created with curriculum matches in mind. Our recommended pre- and post- visit activities will further connect your students' learning objectives to their park experience.
  • Easy-to-read name tags make the program more personal.
  • Dress for the weather. Make sure all participants wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes. Note: programs are held in sun, rain, heat, and cold, so be prepared!
