John Elliott: Director of River Trail Nature Center, Northbrook, Illinois, a facility of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County; naturalist with the FPDCC since 1976; B.S. in Forestry from the University of Missouri; M.S. in Wildland Resources (emphasis in wilderness philosophy and recreation economics) from the University of California, Berkeley.
